Hi, I’m LuisPi (luispi.com).
You may remember me from such animated children films as “Coronation” (vimeo.com/biggundreams/coronation) or “Esuki, The Little Yaqui”. (vimeo.com/biggundreams/esuki)
But tonight I want to show you an adult work: “Do Not Fall In New York City”. is an independent animated film, adapting popular comic-book written and illustrated by Garth Ennis and Steve Dillon. Starred by Marvel´s The Punisher.
This work is a non-profit film, made by a fan of the Marvel universe from the deepest respect and admiration.
The sound was designed by Marcos Cabal (vimeo.com/user12696425) and the music was composed by El Gordo del Funk.
The rest of the production (including all the animation) was realized by me: Luis Pelayo Junquera using the next tools: Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects and Flash CS4. Wacom Intuos 4. Autodesk Maya 2009. Windows /

The Butterfly Effect is a short CG animated film Passion Pictures has made in partnership with Unity, the games engine developers using the new Unity 4.0 3D software. The film was written and directed by Dan Sumich and is a homage to the classic action films from the 1970s through to the 1990s, with a soundtrack by the legendary heavy metal vocalist Steve Grimmett. An ordinary looking guy wakes up one morning feeling the worse for wear and realises he’s run out of milk. As he drags himself out of the house to go and buy some, an extraordinary sequence of events draws him into a journey of mayhem on the streets of San Francisco.

When Trey Parker and Matt Stone aired the South Park episode Trapped in the Closet which poked fun at the highest beliefs held by the church of Scientology whiling also poking fun at two of their best known members John Travolta and Tom Cruise the church decided not to sit by idly and take the jabs at face value.
According to internal documents which were recently unearthed by Marty Rathbun, a former Scientology executive, the church called for a “classic” investigation into the men’s lives.
That “classic” investigation is said to have included identifying the friends of Stone and Parker, performing public records checks and even going through both men’s garbage to find any incriminating evidence they could rustle up.
Rathbun says the church went through trash bins for:
“Phone records. Bank records. Personal letters that expose some kind of vulnerability. They’ll read stuff into the kind of alcohol you’re drinking and how much. Prescriptions. They’ll figure out your diet. They can find out a lot about you through your trash.”
Speaking about how much dirt the investigation was digging up Rathbun told The Village Voice:
“You can see that the commanding officer is pissed off and not enough is getting done.”
I personally find it hilarious that the church of scientology thought any dirt dug up on the creators of South Park would in same way allow them to pull strings, after all these are the same guys who make fun of mentally handicapped people, god, mormons and rednecks, sometimes all at once, bad publicity for South Park is Christmas come early.

it was time to bring these two popular franchises together in a new line of die cast vehicles and pins , there will be six character crossover sets, including Lightning McQueen as Luke Skywalker, Mater as Darth Vader (Darth Mater?), Tractor as a Stormtrooper, Sally as Princess Leia, and Luigi and Guido together as C-3PO and R2-D2. The sixth will be revealed some time during the 4-day event at Disney’s booth, where collectible cards are also being distributed for each of these new characters

here is Han and Chewbie ,and the Millenium Falcon/Trans AM

Vader isn’t the Luke’s father, but is the classic bully of the High School, that try to bring Luke to the “dark side” and to be bully too.. He is the “chief “of a motocross crew of bullys ( like “Karate Kid” or “Lost Kids”) He wear a jacket like Micheal jackson on “Thriller” in a total black look.
Boba Fett is his “sidekick” wearing his classic 80′s glasses and we have 2 twins that look like Trooper”s style

Luke is inspired by Marty McFly form Back to the Future… Leila is the classic 80′s chick…

In this new re-design the Droids have to be the classic Nerds…
is R2-D2 the East European nerd student that made an experience in USA
of course only C-3PO understand his words..

Yoda is the old sage asian Coach Kenobi is the kind history & Literature’s teacher

Lando+Greedo

Palpatine is the evil Principal
Jabba the fat bastard Janitor
and
Tarkin the severe Mathematic-Science’s teacher
