ECU Dress Code for chess tournaments

The European Women’s Championship is the first where the new ECU Dress Code regulations apply. They are quite specific: regarding décolletés (in the US “cleavage”): “the second from the top button may be opened.” And skirts may be no shorter than 5-10 cm above the knees.
Ok I know how to play chess, I played in high school not by choice all the other electives where full and by default I was on the chess team. It was fun my friends would make up banners and my girlfriend at the time would root me on. The rest of the chess guys loved it they never had that much support before, but I will say one thing there was no dress rules and we didn’t have any girls who played chess that looked like this.
